Kazakhstan's law and the unified Tazy stud book
What the public legal instruments establish and why a TAZY.PRO profile must not be presented as an official state pedigree record.
What the legal sources establish
In 2023 Kazakhstan adopted a dedicated law on preserving and reproducing Kazakh dog breeds. Implementing rules describe the unified stud book for the Tazy and Tobet and the powers of participants in that process.
A precise legal conclusion requires the current version on Adilet. A news report, summary, or TAZY.PRO card does not replace the legal text.
The boundary of the public platform
TAZY.PRO collects open sources, displays public profiles, and accepts material for review. Without a separate formal mandate, the platform is not the unified stud book and does not create an official or state pedigree record.
A matching name, number, or image does not establish legal status. A material claim requires the record source, responsible body or organisation, date, identifier, and review state.
What a user can do
If you hold a document or a link to a record, submit only a safe description and the source through the contribution form. Owner contacts, full documents, and reviewer notes are not published automatically.
For a legally significant action, contact the authorised participant named in the relevant instrument. This article explains the data boundary and is not legal advice.
