How to read FCI Standard No. 372 without shortcuts
The standard describes a working sighthound as a whole: purpose, proportions, movement, temperament, and disqualifying faults belong together.
The standard is not a checklist of isolated traits
The FCI document describes the Kazakh Tazy's origin, purpose, general appearance, important proportions, behaviour, anatomy, and movement. No single clause should be judged outside the functional picture of the sighthound as a whole.
A stacked photograph cannot show movement quality, response, stamina, or working behaviour. A public profile should therefore separate what is visible in an image from reviewed examinations, trials, and veterinary evidence.
What the standard can and cannot establish
The standard helps readers understand the desired breed type and the language of expert assessment. It does not establish an individual dog's ancestry, health, breeding eligibility, or document authenticity.
